Standard shipping and handling fees are based on total order amount:
Up to $15: $2.49
$15 - $30: $4.99
$30 - $45: $7.49
$45 - $60: $9.99
$60+: $12.49
We ship via either UPS ground or USPS per our discretion. CBI reserves the right to revise these charges as needed.
Returns
Customer Returns - Any customer may return within 30 days of purchase any purchased product that
is in unused condition and in its original packaging. A full refund of the purchase price (not
including shipping and handling charges) will be made.
No credits or refunds for shipping and handling charges will be made. Items may not be returned
to CBI after 30 days of purchase.
Return Procedure - No refunds or credits will be made for returned products unless customers
follow this procedure.
Customers wishing to return a product must call 1-616-530-1300 and speak to a customer service
agent regarding their online store order.
Customers will have to explain the reason for return and give information about the returned
product and contact information.
Then, customers must ship the product being returned (shipping charges prepaid) to:
