It's easy to enroll yourself or a friend who is in prison! Simply follow these steps:
1.	Click below for the appropriate Enrollment Form; then, print it out.
2.	Fill in the personal information, and have the potential student sign the commitment. Then, mail the form back to Crossroad Bible Institute; the address is at the bottom of the form.
